2. Requirements and Procedures in Environmental Impact Assessment and Securing Environmental Compliance Certificate


D. Pre-Feasibility Studies and PPP Contracts

1. Parts of a Pre-Feasibility Study
2. Parts of a PPP Contract
3. Risk Allocation
4. Sample Contracts and Contractual Provisions


This will also include valuable insights, Do's and Don'ts of Crafting Successful Unsolicited Proposals for PPPs


Course Director and Lecturer

Atty. Alberto C. Agra, is a Certified PPP and Regulation SpecialistTM, a PPP Law professor and an active lecturer on PPPs. Since 2014, he has conducted over 300 lectures on PPPs. His template PPP ordinance has been referred to by 103 provinces, cities and municipalities. He has formulated draft PPP and JV guidelines for public corporations. He is a political law bar reviewer and professor of laws at the Ateneo Law School. He is the incumbent Chairman of the Board of the Philippine Reclamation Authority. He was the former Acting Secretary of Justice, Acting Solicitor General and Government Corporate Counsel of the Philippine Government.
