Course Director & Lecturer: RUY Y. MORENO - He was chief of staff in the office of Senator Gordon. Many of the positions he held in his career include: director for operations, private sector - National Competitiveness Council; first honorary consul general of the Philippines in Ho Chi Minh City; managing partner, Arthur Andersen Vietnam; executive director, International Chamber of Commerce Philippines. Presently, he is the chairman of the Philippine-Myanmar Business Council, president of the Philippine Quality Awards, and vice-chairman of the Center for Global Best Practices.

Co-Director and Lecturer: ATTY. AMADO FORMOSO MARALIT, LL.M., M.P.A., D.C.L., CEO VI - He is a senate director — chief counsellor on Senate Parliamentary Law and is the authority that provides expert guidance on all parliamentary matters to Senators. Pursuant to Civil Service Commission resolution 96-7961, the prescribed qualification standards for Supervising Staff Officer 1 & 2 (SG 23 & 24) and Chief Legislative Staff Officer (SG 25) of the House of Representative must have 16, 24, and 32 hours of relevant training respectively.

CGBP is accredited by the Civil Service Commission. Attendees from the government can earn points for their career advancement and are exempted from the Php 2,000 limit set by COA when attending training conducted by the private sector based on DBM circular 563 dated April 22, 2016.
