Effective June 2010, the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the new Cooperative Law is now strictly being enforced by the Cooperative Development Authority. In this 2-day seminar, we will discuss in full the most important issues in the IRR that cooperatives have to know to comply with the new rules. Attend to ensure compliance with the IRR and continue enjoying the tax benefits and privileges that cooperatives can avail of. The program will cover such topics as understanding provisions in representative assemblies, subsidiary cooperatives, 10 new types of cooperatives, social audit, performance audit, and additional reportorial requirements to be submitted to the Cooperative Development Authority.
