Danilo A. Duncano, CPA is an expert in taxation having authored 22 taxation books including Book 2: BIR Issuances on Exempt Transactions & Compliance Requirements which is being featured in this seminar. Currently, he holds the position of Director of the Bureau of the Internal Revenue (CESO V). He has served the BIR as Regional Director of Quezon City, Pampanga, and Butuan.
